We offer two different Employee Wellness days that combine refreshment, a connection to nature and togetherness. The days are fully planned: programme, meals and activities are taken care of easily and at a relaxed pace.

You can choose from our ready-made Employee Wellness packages, or we can tailor a package just for you that combines memorable experiences with the peace of nature.

Our professional guides — holistic wellbeing

Behind our Employee Wellness days is a skilled team: a social services professional (sosionomi ) and a physiotherapist, who bring balance to body and mind — safely, gently and with a people-centred approach. Psychophysical physiotherapist Riikka Tolvasella has a holistic view of human wellbeing. Sosionomi Saara Laatisella is skilled at strengthening group interaction and community spirit.

“A natural breather — more resilience for the working day”


Duration: 9.00–15.00
Theme: A calm, empowering low-threshold TYHY day that gives everyone a chance to disconnect from a busy everyday life. We spend time outdoors doing exercises that awaken the body and mind. During the day participants will strengthen their personal and team connection with nature and its resources.

• Groups seeking relaxing activities that increase togetherness
• Suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace of nature

• Teams aiming to develop team spirit and cooperation
• Both active and less active participants — activities are scalable!

• Supports recovery without forcing stillness — participants can move, laugh and unwind in a balanced way

10:30 Team warm-up and Forest Olympics
