SWEAT & FROLIC
Forget hard paved roads — come challenge your body with bog runs and a playful workout!
Sweat & Frolic is a full-body, bodyweight workout that takes advantage of the bog’s soft, uneven terrain. It improves balance, coordination, muscular strength and endurance — and it does so in a fun way, out in nature.
The movements are simple and effective, such as running sprints, playful “tumble-and-laugh” moments in the mud, push-ups in the peat and step-lunges on the hummocks.
The session is brisk but relaxed — you’ll work up a sweat and leave feeling lighter in spirit!
Starting: Spring 2026
Suitable for: Work teams, groups of friends, anyone interested in exercise
Duration: approx. 45–60 min

KAAKKURIN CIRCUIT
Kaakkurinneva is a beautiful, open marsh where the horizon opens up and each step softens. We’ll walk the bog edges and open mire at a gentle pace — pausing to admire the views, listen to nature and enjoy snacks.
Depending on the season you may find the bog’s offerings: cranberries, cloudberries or crowberries, which you can taste straight from the hummock. The bog provides silence, fresh air and a connection to nature — exactly what we often crave in everyday life. The route has no boardwalks, so a moderate level of fitness is required. The route can be shortened if needed. Price includes campfire-brewed coffee and snacks.
This trip can also be run as an aurora tour in the evening or a midnight-sun adventure!
Duration: 2.5 h
Price: €20 per person
Suitable for all ages; the route can be shortened — pace is calm and nature-led.

Depending on the season, this trip can also be run at sunset or at night, letting you experience the bog’s magic — and, in dark months, possibly the northern lights.
