Walking & Swimming Trip to Secluded Sandy Beaches
Walk through the forest toward a hidden, pristine sandy beach
Swimming and beach walking in the peace of nature — without noise. Participants must be able to swim. The trip includes picnic snacks!

DUNE WORKOUT
– Nature’s own gym
The magnificent sand dunes of Kalajoki offer a unique setting for an effective workout. Soft sand challenges the body more than a flat surface — every step builds endurance, strength and balance. The dune workout consists, as the name suggests, of conquering the dunes by running or walking, with strength exercises in between. At the end we unwind on the beach with a FasciaMethod mobility session.
The session is suitable for all fitness and skill levels — everyone can go at their own pace.
If you wish, you can take a dip in the sea at the end to cool off!
